- $75 for the first hour and $50 for every hour after that Ð plus travel expenses.
Retreat Leadership
Nancy Ferguson is available to lead a retreat for your church or judicatory. Her retreats are participatory and experiential with a focus on active learning. You can choose a topic or use a developed topic. Fees range from $300 to $600 (depending on the length of the retreat and amount of leadership preparation required) plus expenses.
Consultation on Developing a
Traveling Day Camp
A traveling day camp takes camp Òon the roadÓ to a church for a week at a time. The program emphasizes community building and exploration of creation through arts and crafts, recreation, Bible study and worship. This program offers elementary school children a camp experience within the congregational setting. It provides the opportunity for a partnership between your camp and a congregation. Your camp provides the staff and all program elements and the congregation provides hospitality for staff and recruitment of campers. Day Camp is especially effective for smaller churches allowing them to offer a ministry to children that would not be possible otherwise.
A ten-hour consultation equips you with all the tools and information you need to start a traveling day camp program for your camp. The consultation includes two copies of the manual and a CD of forms and program ideas.

Workshop on Planning Church Retreats
for Congregational Leaders
Great for camps or resources centers to offer to area church leaders!
Using The Retreat Leaders Manual and Retreats for Renewal as course books, this workshop will examine the biblical and theological foundations for retreats, explore the development of a retreat program, and define a clear schedule for planning the retreat.
Four-hour workshop for camp and congregational leaders.
- $250 plus expenses. Books will be on sale at the workshop.
